would like to introduce the concept of Collaborative Technical Integrity Studies (CTIS) in the field of the Practice of Reservoir Engineering. This concept has been formed from the belief that research projects are expensive and screening of the likely impact of research deliverables on reservoir performance predictions and/or development decisions is therefore prudent.
This belief is based on the foundations of; nearly 30 years experience in the practice of reservoir engineering, participation in research combined with competent mathematical skills.
The objectives of a CTIS would be to;
Typially CTIS's would take less that 6 months and cost less than £50,000.
has three potential 'CTIS outlines' in the pipeline and is in the concept phase in another. Outline details will posted soon.
